Taking Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) is an international weight-loss organization www.tops.org Our in-person meetings will engage you with professionally prepared programs covering a variety of health and wellness topics, and support you on your weight loss journey.
Meet in the kitchen of the main building for coffee at 9am, then walk through the Hollows. 9am-12pm.
The Swat group will meet on Wednesday mornings from 9:00am - 1:00pm they meet in the Kitchen at the Algonquin Township, then go for a walk in the Hollows. Come at 9:00am for a short exercise class before the walk.
