
Special Shredding Event

Enter Through the Hollows follow cones to shredding area. Limit 2 boxes or kitchen garbage bags per vehicle. The Event will run from 9am-11am or until the truck is full. Please stay in your car, open the trunk and an employee will take the items out of your car. If you would like to donate to the food pantry we will be accepting donations. Items most needed are: Meat, fish and protein, canned tuna, ham or chicken, peanut butter, canned/dried beans, fruits and vegetables, canned fruits and vegetables, Complete Meals, Boxed Meals, hearty soups, grains, rice, pasta, cooking basics, flour, sugar, oil, gluten free, low-sugar and low-sodium items, personal care products like shampoo, deodorant, soap, toothpaste, diapers, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products.
Event takes place at the Algonquin Township 3702 US Highway 14, Crystal Lake. Please keep everyone safe and remember to enter through the Hollows. The exit for the event will be through Algonquin Township.
