PBS Wisconsin Garden and Landscape Expo

McHenry County Master Gardeners have chartered a bus to take attendees to the PBS Wisconsin Garden and Landscape Expo, in Madison, Wisconsin, on Saturday, February 12, 2022!

Here are some of the things to see and do:

• Free seminars and demonstrations by horticulture experts and professionals
• 85,000 sq. ft. of vendors, nonprofits and artists sharing ideas and trends
• UW horticultural experts on hand to answer your garden questions

Relax, and let Peoria Charter do the driving! No need to worry about trudging a mile in the snow and slush to and from the parking lot, either. We’ll be dropped off and picked up at the front doors to the Exhibition Hall. Ride with us, and you’ll also get a swag bag of treats that will double as a shopping bag when we get there. And of course, there will be plenty of room to store your treasures on the ride back. We will be leaving from the Extension office in Woodstock at 8:30am and returning at 5:30pm.

The Expo itself will be a masked event, with all attendees being required to wear a mask indoors, that covers their nose and mouth. Peoria Charter drivers are required to wear masks when operating the bus, and all buses are sanitized daily. Riders will also be required to wear a mask – University policy. More detailed information is available upon request.
Lunch and snacks will be available – in the Atrium, the Garden Bistro will serve farm-to-table fare, including salads, sandwiches and soups. A variety of other concessions will be offered for purchase in the lobby, the main exhibition floor and in the Atrium.
